Bought the laptop in March 2014 and used it for one week when I had to send it to the online vendor who could not fix and sent it to ASUS, who supposedly replaced the motherboard. Took 5 weeks to return. Today, battery will not charge after one month of actual useage. This is know problem with ASUS batteries. Should I send it back and wait who knows how long or go to the credit card vendor and get my money back?
