That was a mistake. Laptop Motherboards have chipsets and sockets as like desktop motherboards. I do not know how did you manage to put an AMD CPU to a Intel socket, but I know it will not operate due to chipset. Your motherboard is intel, get rid of that AMD and buy Intel before you damage anything.

I was shocked when I read it. I was like "dude....".
However I have to appreciate how did he managed to put the CPU inside. AMD CPU's have pins but Intel sockets don't have any. I am just baffled.

It is not. Your first CPU uses Intel PGA 370 Socket whereas AMD one uses S1G3 Socket. It is different.
