500W PSU Causing Blue Screens?

Is a corsair 500w PSU too low for my PC? Because I keep getting Blue screens when watching videos or playing games, and when playing games the game might freeze for a second or so.

These are the blue screens:
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ffffffff`c0000005
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 00000000`c0000005

This is usually some kind of driver error or corruption.

Your PSU although not the greatest can easily handle your specs.
