Why I can not open one of shortcuts on Desktop

I today downloaded a software and have a shortcut on desktop, unfortunately it can not be opened anyhow. The rest of shortcuts are working. Please help, thank you.

Try right clicking on the shortcut and then click on properties. That should show you were the program is located. It could be that it did not install properly. Have you tried reinstalling the software?

^Excellent question. That information would be quite helpful. When you right clicked on the shortcut and clicked on properties what exactly did you see beside "Target" under the Shortcut tab?
