New 3TB HD Unallocated

I was in the process of transferring files after I formatted the drive into an exFAT and my power died. Now I have 2TB of normal space and 1TB of unallocated. I do not mine reformatting but it does not give me the options. Please advise how I can combine the partitions and resolve the unallocated space, thanks!

go to disk management, delete all partitions then make a new single partition.

It only gives me the option to delete the volume on the 2TB and not the 1TB, am I doing something wrong?

You can't delete it because there isn't anything to delete.

If you delete the 2 TB the 1 TB should be combined automatically in windows disk management. Then when you format it use GPT if you want it as a single large drive.

The unallocated space might be filled with corrupted files? If the power went off? I have no idea... I'm no tech wizard... here is a pic of what I see. I tried to delete the working volume like suggested.

Wait are you using 64 bit or 32 bit windows?

Check in BIOS to see if it shows 3 TB.

who makes the drive? see if they make a bootable diagnostic disk you can use to completely wipe the drive (low level format) a quick format should be enough to do it.
