Ok, everybody knows that HDMI makes ur screen faster. My HDMI cable has 1 end as a HDMI input and the other end is the wierd input that u screw in and its tan. I think it's called the DVI or DVII. So is that cable the highest graphics or do i need an HDMI to an HDMI. P.S. (My pc had a both outputs...DVI-DVII and HDMI)?

Remember that HDMI transfers audio along with the video...so if you are using a monitor/tv that has built in speakers, then you would want HDMI. Otherwise you can use whatever you want.

Which monitor do you have? Does your monitor have HDMI, DVI-I/D inputs? If your monitor has HDMI port then better get HDMI-HDMI cable and use it. Otherwise use DVI-I (Analog+Digital) interface for that.

Wait my monitor came with a DVI-HDMI cable now let me reask my question. Do I need to get a HDMI-HDMI cable for better performance?

You monitor does have built in speakers...so if you use HDMI cable then you can play the sound through it. If you use DVI cable or DVI to HDMI cable, then you will not have sound play through the monitor. That is it...the visual quality will be the same.
