i would go for Dual GTX Titan Z
quad SLI in physically only 2 card will provide you enough spacing between them

HUH???? You have a big budget.
I say don't even bother with titan, just get dual Radeon R9 295x2 in Quad CrossfireX. It will run games better because it's designed for gaming compared to titan which isn't really.
