My budget is $1200, and I want a gaming computer which can run the following on the highest settings (ultra) at 40FPS minimum: Battlefield 4, Watch_Dogs, GTA V (possibly), Far Cry 3, and all next-gen games.

Don't include the monitor, keyboard, or mouse in the budget. Add in the operating system though, which I'll be going with as Windows 7. You decide whether Home Premium or Ultimate.

Also, please only Intel and Nvidia. No questions about it. I'll also be using this for rendering videos, so don't make it only gaming. But I'll only render videos like three times a week.

So, please build me the build. Thanks!

Excellent build! Just switch the i7 to a i7 4790K and a Z97 motherboard.

How much is that total? Also, only a CPU cooler? Don't I need to cool the GPU and stuff? Sorry, I'm new to this. Lastly, how well will this run games?
