you could use it for video editing fine but it is not going to be good as an i7, xeon etc and render times might a bit slower than those CPU's but what for what you are probably going to be rendering an i3 will work great if it is just YouTube work and not some 4k masterpiece

Not even for basic editing. The absolute minimum would be an Intel i5, with an i7 recommended. Video editing is very hard on a CPU. You might be able to but i3s are weak for those sort of tasks.
