Windows 8.1 Blurry text?

OK so i got my new Sapphire video card and when i put it in and downloaded the NEW drivers... the screen became much darker and the text or font became very blurry (Everywhere like Google Chrome and other apps). SO is there a way to fix it. My screen resolution wasn't right so i used scaling in Catalyst and maybe that is what happened.Thank you.

Don't know anything about AMD cards, but if you are using an ASUS monitor with TraceFree, turn it down to 80 or 60 and it will get rid of it. I had the blurry / fuzzy problem until I did that. Other than that, I do not know.

If you have not uninstalled the old drivers and just slapped the GPU in and installed new drivers over top, that might be it. Try uninstalling the drivers, rebooting, then installing new drivers and reboot again. Yes, rebooting really helps : )

I have a Vizio screen and i have uninstalled the old drivers and installed the new once. My older MUCH cheaper card worked but this one doesn't seems to have this problem.
