how do i restore my windows 8 acer aspire zs600g all in one to fgactory settings?

I have the system recovery discs, it loads the disc and goes to the part where I'm supposed to choose a restore option but it doesn't let me select one. the only option I can select is exit. why?

Most Acers have their own restore function that doesn't require a disk. Restart the computer, and when the Acer logo pops up, press Alt + F10, then follow the instructions to restore it to factory settings.
