When i bought bf4 i had 60 fps on ultra, now when i enter a game i have 24 fps on high.
I tried evrything uninstalled game fixing the game in origin, updating drivers and other things that didint work
CPU: intel i7 3.5 Ghz (8 cores)
Graphics: Amd radeon HD 7900
8gb ram
As you see my pc isn't wooden and i don't know why i have low fps in that game taking in account that 2 weeks ago i had 60 fps.
(Im sorry for my english i know it isn't good)

Check your CPU and GPU temperatures, overheating can make your components reduce their speed to prevent them from burning. Clean the CPU cooler and GPU cooler from dust. Check whether or not all fans are spinning. Make sure your case has a good airflow.

EDIT: What CPU cooler are you using? If you are using the original intel "BOX" cooler, get a better cooler as soon as possible. Something like Coolermaster 212 EVO, for example.

The temperatures you posted seem way too low, for CPU as well as the GPU. It is great if the readings are correct, but I somehow doubt this. How did you obtain the readings, which software were you using? Switching to desktop out of the game and getting the reading is not enough, CPU and GPU can cool down in a matter of seconds when not working. You need to monitor the temps live on screen or on a time chart which will show you the highest temp you got during a certain period of time. Try using "Open Hardware Monitor" or a similar utility.

Can you confirm which CPU cooler are you using and what is the exact model of your graphics card (7900 doesnt say much, need the exact model and brand).

Your graphics card is Gigabyte 7970, model GV-R797WF3-3GD. At least we know that now. This GPU has a very good cooler, and if you cannot see any dust in it, it should be fine. However, it can get VERY HOT in a closed case.

Regardless of temperature readings, try running the PC with side panel of your case open and see what happens.

Still need the CPU cooler. Is it the intel's box cooler?
