Corrupt registry recovered issue please help.

Hey guys. My issue started when i left my pc idleing whilst i was doing other things, i came back to find it had crashed for no aparent reason. It looks like a corrupt registry, twice within a month now.
Its telling me i get unhandled expetions in my .net framework.
Such as.
I have no idea whatsoever what this issue is, and i get this whilst opening event veiwer trying to locate the cause of my issues.
Can anyone shed some light on this please?
Another error pops up upon trying to veiw my event viewer. saying the following
"Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your applicaiton if you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue"
"Attempted to read or write protected memory This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt"
