Since the bandwidth of a memory is dependent on efficiency. I would like to know how to calculate the efficiency of a given DDR2 memory.

Sorry I would like to know how to calculate the efficiency of a given memory controller (Efficiency in terms of time taken by the memory to perform read / write operations).
