So I just received all my parts for a computer that I am build and here are the specs:
CPU: i5-4670k
GPU: MSI R9 270 2GB
PSU:CORSAIR Builder Series CX 600M Watt
Modular Power
RAM : 8GB HYPERX Ram
Mobo: ASUS B85M-G
Now the problem that I have had with this is that the R9 270 doesnt boot at all, it is just a black screen when I boot it, but sometimes it boots, yet it stays "alive" for a couple of hours then the screen turns black and bam its gone again.

So I plugged the R9 270 into my older computer and it works fine, then I plugged my old graphics card into that new computer(Gigabyte GTX 460 SE 1gb) and the computer works fine. I checked if the components are compatable, which they are. Then I thought it was a problem in the bios, but I couldn't find the problem I have tried making the PCIE as the only graphical imput, yet it didnt work. I have already search the web for the same problems but I only see that the card itself is defected, but mine isnt since I have plugged in the new computer a new graphics card and it works, and I have plugged in the new graphics card into my old PC. So the only problem I see is a setting in the BIOS.

P.S Yes I have updated all the drivers and everything (even the BIOS) everything is the same.

Yes it is since I plugged in my old Graphics card GTX 460 SE which has 2x6pin connectors and it works fine and sometimes the R9 270 works but only sometimes.

I dont think the problem is with power since now I am right here sitting on the old mobo with the new GPU and it is working so yes I have tried connecting it to the old PSU
P.S I tried making the PCIE as the main boot and turned off the internal graphics card, still didnt work
