I would like to upgrade my cpu from an amd a63620 2.2GHZ to an amd athlon 2 x4 3.0GHZ and im not sure if i need to flash my bios. I have the second latest bios download and the new cpu is older than the latest bios download. I have tryed using acer suopport but they couldnt help me because im no longer under warranty. My pc model is AM3470g and it is on acers website. Please help im very confused.
