1600 Mhz CL11 RAM or 666Mhz CL9 RAM?

Solution
Just to add to this CL11 is newer and better, as well as higher clock speeds are better. 1600 MHz would have to be DDR3, but 666 MHz sounds like DDR2. What type of RAM does your motherboard support? If you don't know a picture of the socket or the model number would be sufficient.
