Hi there! I am looking for a good mid range graphics card at the price range of 50-100$ for mid range gaming and to use some design software such as pro e, autocad, etc.,
My pc specs are: Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz Sandy Bridge

And is Asus NVIDIA GT 630 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card compatible with my motherboard? What are the points to be considered as for checking compatibility with my motherboard? Also should i add ram?Help me out.....

For mid-range gaming you can see our series on Best Graphics Cards for the Money: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-car...
It is my understanding, not based on personal experience, that workstation apps like autocad should be done with workstation graphics cards. The drivers do not allow the occasional error; in gaming a few bytes corrupted in one frame won't be noticed; in workstation loads consistent perfection is required. I may be wrong about this; would someone with the experience please weigh in?

XFX Radeon R7 240 780MHz 2GB DDR3 is good and fits my price!(Is it compatible with my motherboard!?) Is it better than Asus NVIDIA GT 630 2 GB DDR3 card? And do i need to add an extra power supply for these cards?
