I will concentate on CPU, graphic card and RAM.
This is what i have: processor-Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G360
graphic card - AMD Radeon HD 6670
RAM - 4GB
I guess i should get everything new in order to play new games, for example Watch dogs?

Solution
Watch_Dogs requires much higher end hardware than that, you are looking at an Intel Core i5 or an AMD FX 6300 to get it to run smoothly. The 6670 is two generations old, and newer hardware will not cost a whole lot more. It looks to me like your budget may be simply too low.

8GB RAM is relatively cheap and should be enough for everyone. For watch_dogs on lower settings and certainly for other games (watch_dogs is fairly terrible in terms of performance on PC) a 750 or 750 ti would be a good choice. An i5 is good, make sure you get a 4th gen one. It's model number should start with a 4.
