when i open the application just cause it says
please make sure that your graphic card supports vertex shader and pixel shader 1.1

Please help me i cannot find how to check my graphic card for these things and where to get them from?????

Pixel and vertex shaders are not something you can download and install, they are a piece of hardware within your graphics card. Since pixel and vertex shader version 1.1 hardware is extremely old (Direct X 8 from year 2000) that most likely means that your entire computer is 14 years old now. Am I right? If so, you can only buy a new computer. If not, please list the hardware specs of your computer so we can decide what to do.

This looks like a laptop, not desktop. If this is laptop indeed, nothing you can do. You would need to replace graphics card, but in most laptops this is not possible. But if this is a regular desktop computer, you should get a graphics card. Currently you are using integrated graphics, which is very slow and very old, so it doesnt support games that require new shaders.

A software issue in detecting I'd guess. This graphics most certainly lacks both the pixel and the vertex shaders 1.1, and t&l engine as well. And no, I repeat, they cannot be "installed". They are in hardware. Or in your case, hardware lacks them. You should buy and install a dedicated graphics card. But you need to tell us whether it is the AGP slot you have on your motherboard or PCI-E. If you are not sure, take a picture.

I guess that your graphics card doesn't support these, Try replacing the video card with new video card supported by Vertex and Pixel Shader 2.0, and see if that helps after you insert the new video card on your machine.
