so i woke this morning and put pc on and about 10 - 15 minutes later it had frozen.couldnt press ctrl-alt-delete to kill any task that may have caused it .
so restarted it and it was fine for about a hour and then it froze on me again .
what steps can i take to find what is causing the issue ?
i have not installed anything new recently.
