When purchasing a PSU, I'd by from any of these brands: SeaSonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX, and EVGA. They're usually quality power supplies, and arguably SeaSonic being the best at PSU's.

You don't want a cheap PSU; it's not a part of the system you should be compromising on.
