I have a Samsung S27A950D. I want to connect two computers to it. One DVI and one HDMI. If I do this, will I be able to switch between the sources at will?

More about : hooking hdmi dvi monitor separate sources

I don't see why not. Usually, most monitors will detect which source is on and auto switch to it. But, if both are on, it is usually a simply button press to switch sources.

This will work fine.
You should be able to switch sources by pressing a button (it's next to auto adjust on my friends Samsung monitor) looking at your monitors manual it is the button with the square with an arrow pointing into it (in the middle of the directional buttons)
