Will that PE4H work for me ?
http://www.hwtools.net/Adapter/PE4H%20V3.2.html
or
http://www.hwtools.net/Adapter/PE4H.html
or
http://www.hwtools.net/Adapter/PE4C.html#Package_Content

Which one would best fit ? I care for price, lower price is preferred, if you have any other suggestions, I would appreciate that.

My laptop:
* Brand and detail model name: Dell Latitude E4310
* CPU: Intel M520 i5
* Operating System: Windows 8.1 pro
* Memory: 8 GBs DDR3 1067 MHz
* Internal graphics card: Intel HD Graphics
* Expresscard: 34mm ExpressCard
* Graphics card I would like to use: GTX 560 http://eu.evga.com/products/moreInfo.asp?pn=01G-P3-1563-KR&family=GeForce%20500%20Series%20Family&uc=EUR

What confuses me is it is that "PE4H design for engineering test. NOT for home or office use."
I would like to use it in home for gaming and 3D, would that be a problem ?

NOTICE: I know about ViDock but it is ridiculously high priced.

The items you linked to are, as stated, for testing, not hardcore gaming use.
As in "does this card work even a little bit?"

From their site:
"Basically, PCIe add-on card designed for desktop. We can’t guarantee it compatibility with your laptop. Depends on OS version, notebook’s BIOS, device driver,"

Because my budget is around 300$ (eGPU + Card) besides I hate desktops for lack of portability, I like it to be like keep portable all day and plug into powerful graphics for gaming at home when I get back.
