Best i5 processor for me?

What is the best intel i5 processor for me? I was thinking about buying the i5 4590, but I don't know enough about processors to make my decision. The main use of this processor is going to be gaming.

Notes:
1. I don't plan on overclocking
2. I don't really care about the usage of wattage
3. Price isn't a huge issue(As long as the processor is under about $220)

Please give me your suggestions.

Any of them will do. The best non overclocking one is the 4690, but I don't think it is worth the cost, when a 4670k is the same price. If the $12 difference between the 4460 and 4590 doesn't bother you, then the 4590 is fine.

Just as an FYI, though you don't plan to overclock, the H97 pro4 was given overclock ability. You could pair it up with a 4670k, a hyper TX3 or hyper 212, set the multiplier to 40 and have an instant 4.0ghz chip.
