Slimline IBM CDRW connector identification

I have an old thinkpad T42 lying around, and my laptop's optical drive just died. I pulled this out of the thinkpad, thinking I could just get an enclosure and use it as an external drive, but none of the external IDE CD/DVD enclosures I've searched for seem to have the same connector. Can anyone identify it for me? The drive is a Hitachi GCC-4242N.

If the optical drive died, how can it be used in an external case? It died.

If You need a new DVD drive, they are on FleaBay:

If You want to reuse an old drive (for the fun of trying,) check to see if it will come out of a caddy it is screwed into.
