My power supply has a fan on the ban of it of course but its been acting very weird. Just recently I have turned on my computer and all of a sudden its very loud, and randomly if speeds up so fast that i hear this buzzing noise but then it quickly speeds back down to just been loud again and randomly if i move my computer SOMETIMES it actually goes quite like it should be but most of the time that doesnt work. Can someone help me with this?

ok thats not normal, i would care for an rma if possible (cx has 3 years warranty) also i asked about the rest of your specs to determine whether your 600w is enough. so rest of your specs?

Oh sorry, I have a GTX 660, an AMD A10 5800k processor, 8 gigs of RAM and I don't really think the rest matters right? Plus I don't really remember the exact hardrive and motherboard i have.

your psu should be able to run such setup easily. unfortunately cx corsair are prone to failure as they arent such quality units.i recommend an rma if possible. if not better buy an new one.
