Thoughts on the new HTPC build

Ok, guys/gals this is the new prospected HTPC/Steam Box. Let me know what ya'll think. The budget is as close to 500$ as i can get without making sacrifices on hardware. I'm breaking my own rules with the PSU....i know the Caps are shit but it will do until i can replace it, but here is what i have so far any help would be appreciated.

Well actually, you could just put a GTX 750 ti in there so you don't risk blowing the PSU LOL.
