your VGA card is so underpowered, it will bottleneck the shit out of your CPU. I suggest if you tight on the budget, get the i3/new pentium anniversary edition, OC it, then get a better graphics card, like R7 265/750ti or R9 270 if you want to spend a little bit more. Here is the benchmark where the new pentium is on the same level as 335$ 4790k in gaming http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evXpqpNhu_Y

Its just as bas as the 630, if you plan to gaming, get atleast 750ti or r7 265
