I currently have a Lenovo IdeaPad Z580, and I would like to know if there was any way I could upgrade my laptop.
I have an NVIDIA GeForce GT 635M and I want to replace it with a GTX. Is it possible

You cannot because it is soldered to the motherboard.

If I am not mistaken graphics on a laptop is a soldered in chip which can't be replaced.

Alright, no problem. You can also build a desktop if you want for a good price.
