Asrock fm2a55m-vg3+
2x Kingston HyperX DDR3 4GB 1600 MHz
Western digital hard drive 120gb
No optical drive
PSU: Whitenergy atx 2.2 +12V1/14A, +12V2/16A, -12V/0.5A, +5V/24A, +3.3V/21A, +5VSB/2A

Probably the R7-265 or GTX 750 Ti.
Does the nameplate on the PSU have a total watts for the +12V rails?

That's why I asked about the total wattage of the +12V rail
Btw, you'll notice I removed the R9-270.

Yeah, I may have to reneg. It doesn't look very high quality. Stay with a card that doesn't require a 6 pin power cable.

actually i just wanted to get a new gpu. few weeks ago i bought a new cpu instead of a4-5300 and few days ago i saw graphics cards in really good prices on my local store. (Gigabyte Radeon R7 250 OC 2GB DDR5, MSI Radeon R7 250 OC 1GB DDR5, Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 2GB DDR3, Asus Radeon R7 250 1GB DDR5, Sapphire Radeon R7 250X 1GB DDR5) all those cards for less than 70 euro (95usd)

I based my answer on the fact I have a GTX 750 Ti OC card and i3-4150 running off a 300W Seasonic with 2 x (18A) +12v rails in my HTPC. But your PSU doesn't look like it is as good of quality. I removed the best answer for being so stupid.
