I am having problems deciding between a Foxconn or Asus motherboard. All of the big things are the same (i.e. both support 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM and have the same SATA connections and a LGA 1155 socket) except the Foxconn is about 15% cheaper. I just wan't to know if there is a LARGE difference in quality. I know Asus will be more recommended, but I only plan on having this computer for a few years so I don't care in small differences in quality.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Definitely the ASUS board. Foxconn is a small company that little is known about. Don't want to take chances, especially with (I am assuming) a core i5-3570K or core i7-3770K.
