What motherboards are compatible for this processer {Intel Xeon E5-2609 v2 Ivy Bridge-EP 2.5GHz 10MB L3 Cache LGA 2011 80W Server Processor} Model# BX80635E52609V2

I am working on making a server for my games. Someone please help me this is a bit new for me?

Yes, that Xeon is compatible with X79.

It depends, what are you doing? A server OS like Windows 2008 Server is good, but if you are using it more as well, windows 8.1 professional does the job.

Alright, the GPU doesn't need to be that powerful, a GTX 750 would work fine.

Probably, but I have not had any success with RDC. Try some VNC program.
