My computer and motherboard specs are as follows:

I have since installed a 520w PSU. Recently I attempted to install a PNY Geforce GTX 750 and had severe issues after less then 24 hours. Issues include only working properly for one afternoon then failing to load properly the next day. After a few days of troubleshooting drivers and other areas I am going to call this a loss. I am still in the market for a good card and was hoping for some suggestions here. I do play games from steam but nothing too crazy. Some titles would be Metro 2033, Fable, Far Cry... The OEM card for my system is Nvidia Geforce 9600 gs. I only have a few days left to return this 750 I bought so all feedback is much welcomed and appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It is 2.0 As I said, the card worked like a champ the first day. Turning the computer on the next day though is when it was failing to work and I only got it to normal desktop after restoring. Tried installing it to a clean 64bit win 7 build and it went back to not loading properly. I even tried every driver for the card.

The card works fine in device manager and I have tried all the available drivers on nvidia's site. I am going to re-image to the clean win 7 install and put my old card back in for testing purposes.
