Your cpu is getting too hot. Could be contributing.
Blow out your case - especially fans, coolers and filters.
Jack up the cpu cooler fan rpm and try again.
If the temp is down below 40C and its still happening, then try another card in your pc. And try your card in another pc.
Does integrated graphics work OK? If so, its most likely a graphics card problem.
Alright, so I downloaded Speedfan, which reported my CPU fan was at 0 RPM. It's gotta b wrong right? Theres no way! Sure enough, I open it up and there sits that Coolermaster Evo fan at 0RPM. I don't know if it's my motherboard out on the CPU fan socket, or if it is the fan itself, but the fan was much more difficult to turn then the rest of the fans in my case. Maybe it got too much dust in the motor system and slowed til it just fried itself? Half of me is tempted to get a whole new CPU liquid cooler and redo the thermal paste and all because this is the first PC I've ever built and I believe i may have been a little to *generous* with the paste. Either way I will be making a Fry's run tomorrow to see if a working CPU fan fixes my problem!
