GPU: RADEON 7990 HD
CPU: Intel i7 4770k
Motherboard: Maximus vi Hero
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8Gb (16GB)
Power supply: Thermaltake TR-600 600W
HDD : Seagate Barracuda 1TB

The PSU is VERY low end and should be replaced with a quality unit. Antec, XFX, Seasonic, Corsair (TX, HX, AX) is what you want.

That is a very good PSU, yes.

I recommend a newer GPU, not the 7990. As newer cards are more power/ heat efficient.
