So i wanna buy r9 290 pcs+(non reference cooler) but i dont know how much psu does it need. Powercolor says it need 750w minimum psu. But after many thread i read, a stock r9 290(reference cooler) just need 550w psu? Anyone have the same graphic card? And how many watt do i need? My chosen psu is corsair csm series 750w. Sorry for bad english.

550W is plenty, however the CS (including CSM) series aren't particularly great. They have cheap capacitors, and may die early.
I'd get a good Seasonic, Antec, or XFX, or anything else in the second link in my sig.

you might even be able to run 2 on a 750W psu...
the trick is the AMPS that are put out on the 12v line...a good 500W psu should be able to run one no problems... a cheap one however... and since AMD doesn't know what you have, they error on the side of caution. In theory even a cheap 750W psu should have enough amps on the 12v line...
