Is the i5 - 4430 good for gaming?

I'm using a previously used chip, the i5 4430 with 16GB or RAM and GTX 660. Will it bottleneck and is this CPU a piece of crap or no?

The i5-4430 runs single-threaded applications/games faster. Most games are single-threaded. It won't bottleneck a card like the GTX 660. It will make the GPU run it's best.

The i5-4430 is quite good for games. It's stronger for games than the FX-8350, for reference.
