Could this rig handle BF4, Bioshock Infinite, and GTA IV on med-high?

Yes this PC can handle those games. But I changed a few parts so you can get a better Graphics card: Get a cheaper PSU, a corsair CX 500, get a 970 motherboard (the best 970 mobo is the ASUS M5A97 R2.0) and finally don't get an SSD. I would rather have a better GPU than a SSD. There you go, you now how enough money to upgrade r9 270x!
