How much should i oc my gpu??

My pc specs
core 2 duo e4500
ddr2 4gb ram
asus gt 630 the one with 384 cuda cores http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GT630SL2GD3L/
450 watt power supply with 14 a on +12
I want to know weather i should oc my card and if yes .. how much.. plz help ?
My default gpu clock is 902 and memory clock is 1800 .. Plz tell me the numbers which should be the optimal. And should I increase the voltage?

if i am trying to overclock .. it ofcourse means im trying to increase my gaming fps ...

i increased 80 to both using afterburner and i got a max of 58c when playing gta 4 .... is it okay or should i decrease it??

yeah i increased 80 mhz to both core clock and memory clock
