Hi, I'm gonna be building a new rig:

i3 4150
4GB Gskill RAM (will be upgraded in future)
No graphic card yet (plan on adding 750 TI or 760/660 when GTA V for PC comes out later this year only)
Asrock B85 Pro4 motherboard
BitFenix Shadow.

I am unsure of which PSU to choose? Is 550W enough? Thinking of this particular model: FSP HEXA+ 550W (80+)

please let me know! ALSO if you have any suggestions on my rig part choices, please let me know! I'll need all the opinions I can get! Good day!

Alright so assuming you go with the 760 (the one that uses the most power) you would need 30A and a 500W PSU

I am a fan of having more head room always so 550 is a good place to start, if you could provide the link for your supply it would help, but from what I can see the Hexa+ looks like the FSP Raider

Which is a Tier 4 PSU (1 is best 5 is worst) so depending on your budget and where you are I would try and find something a little better
