I have in unexpected moment Blue Screen of Death with message SubSystem Process Error Status 0xc0000005.
I have recently installed Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 on 1TB hard drive and this error is occuring on different applications e.g. Opera. I'm sure it is not hard drive fault, I checked this hard drive with S.M.A.R.T. and HD status is excellent. I have reinstalled system and problem repeating. I have bit old computer
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-8I945P Pro
CPU: Intel Pentium D 925 3GHz
3 GB DDR2 RAM
Graphic Card: Nvidia GeForce 240 GT 512 MB GDDR5 RAM
2 HDD

I solved the problem myself. I have installed Windows XP Service Pack 3 and I have no Blue Screen of Death anymore. If you have similar problem on Service Pack 2 install WinXP Service Pack 3. In my case it helped.
