Recently I've been having lots of trouble with my computer randomly restarting while I'm playing games. I can usually play for about 30 mins to an hour before my computer suddenly restarts without warning, no blue screen or anything.

My Computer's Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H 1155
Processor: Intel i7-3770 3.4GHz
Memory: 32Gb G.SKILL Ripjaws X (4x8Gb) @ 1333 MHz
Graphics: EVGA GeForce GTX 680 2Gb VRAM
Storage: 1TB Western Digital Black
Power Supply: Rosewill 1000-Watt Bronze Series 80 Plus
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit

Steps I've taken to try and fix the problem:
Reapplied my CPU's thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5)
Monitored CPU and GPU temp during gameplay (It stays around 50-60 degrees on both)
Run a disc check
Cleared space on my drive
Reinstalled Windows
Set optimized defaults in BIOS
Run memtest86
Reseated important components

I've been at this for days now to no avail, and I really don't feel like making a visit to microcenter. My computer is about 15 months old. If there's anything I haven't tried, please let me know.

Games I've tried that seem to cause the problem:
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings
Shadow Warrior
Space Engineers

Solution
You could try re-seating all your connectors, add-in boards and DIMMs. Check your Windows system event log for warnings and failures - it may have hints too.

Just reseated most of my important parts (DIMMs, PCI-E, PSU), i'll add that to my post.
