Hi there! I have a very old computer on which I want to install Linux server for testing purposes. However, the CD drive is so old it doesn't read CD-Rs, and BIOS doesn't seem to recognize a USB DVD drive I have either, so there are no ways to even boot a new OS. One solution would be installing a CD drive with CD-R capabilities, but I don't know if the hardware and Linux are going to support it. Any suggestions?
