Does my PSU have coil whine?

I've been doing a bit of research on what coil whine is and what causes it because my PSU is making this noise that I think might be coil whine, but I'm not sure. Here's what it sounds like. It's a brand new Corsair CX750 and it only makes that noise when playing games, but it's completely quiet otherwise. What I found weird is that it doesn't happen during benchmarks. I've tried OCCT and Furmark and neither of them caused that noise, but videogames do for some reason. I really don't want to RMA but if I have to I will, but is this coil whine or something else?

I would say it's some kind of fan noise. It sounds like a rattling bearing.

You can test that by temporarily stopping the fan. Just stick a screwdriver in between the blades of the fan, and stop it. Don't do it more than a few seconds, or it could be damaged. If the sound stops then you know where it came from.
