Call Of Duty Ghosts "disk is full"?

Okay so, I haven't played ghosts in at least a month, so I put the disk in and it said, "A downloadable content package was not loaded because it is missing or damaged. In order to play online, you have to download it. This content is free." I chose "yes." Then it said "Call of Duty Ghosts-Compatibility Pack 2 not downloaded. Can't download this item." It's only 14.82 MB and I have 6.0 GB's in my memory card. (I play on xbox 360)
