my windows 7 ultimate refuses to install any drivers at all.... it keeps displaying "failed". and i have been using this devices on this particular system before this problem came up.
pls is there anyone who can help.

This can happen on new Windows 7 installations when no Automatic Updates haven't been downloaded yet.. the issue is solved as soon as you start the first automatic updates, so maybe you have changed Automatic Updates settings, disabled them, or maybe the Windows Update Service has stopped?
