I recently bought a Logitech G430, it looked great and was easy to set up. I downloaded the Logitech Gaming Software from the official website so I could change volume control and other things. Once I got it ready, I decided to test it and open Spotify and play some music, I noticed that only the left ear was working and not the right.

I had searched for an answer for quite sometime, some websites said that I needed to balance each side, this did not work. Others said that a wire had broken and you would need to solder it, but I guess it being brand new, this would not be the case.

So I have decided to get a good answer from you, thanks if you post and give me the answer!

have you tried using it with another device? mp3 player or something like that to see if the problem continues, if it does I would just RMA it and get another pair maybe it was just DoA

I just got my iPad, it works in both ears. Could this be because I am using the USB adapter instead on the jack leads? I have had problems with headsets before with my PC, so something to do with my PC? I may RMA like you said, but I hope I won't have to.

I tried the regular jacks and took it out of the USB adapter and tried the front and back Headphones and Mic ports on my PC. They did not work. So instead I used a different USB port, I tested the sound with Spotify and it said something about my sound card. I relaunched 'Rust' to see if it was working, and it did. I was typing this, then my PC crashed and gave me a blue screen (this happens often). Once it had rebooted, I tried Spotify and it worked!

Thanks so much for all the suggestions, I don't think i would have done this with out your help, I probably would have thrown it in the bin! I am really grateful, thanks again!
