Everything was fine until I updated my driver . I used to get 30 to 40 FPS in far cry 3 but now only 10-14 FPS . Then i uninstalled the latest driver and reinstalled the old one . Everything went back to normal . Im using r7 250 and here are my specs

Intel i3 2105 3.1 ghz
4 gb ram 1333 mgz
Sapphire r7 250 1gb GDDR5
GIGABYTE GA H61M S1
Seagate 500gb Hard disk

Also i wanted to know is amd's latest r7 driver defected or is it a problem with my card ?
Does that mean I would not be able to update drivers in future ?

It's not unusual for a newer driver to cause issues which didn't previously exist.

The thing to remember is that you don't need to (nor is it good practice to) update a driver if the existing one is working okay.
Simply updating a driver (or the BIOS) just because yours is out of date is not a good reason to do it.

You only update a driver/BIOS if the newer version corrects a specific problem you are experiencing or it offers a new feature which you need. Otherwise leave it alone!
