Hello i have recently had my old enermax power supply die and i am wondering what power supply to get i was looking at two power supplies one is a SuperFlower Golden Green HX 650W 80 plus gold

it needs to power a amd 6300 overclocked to 4.5 ghz and a msi radeon r9 280x. i am looking for someone with a bit more experience to help me not buy a something terrible the reason i am having trouble is calculating the amps on the 12 v because my gpu needs 30 a and im not sure to go for a psu that give 30A exactly or go just over the 30A needed
